You know the aches and pains that creep in, whether or not you’re consistent with your movement practices? It’s those things you can learn to keep on top of with self-release work.
The Rotator Cuff muscles are a group that SO many people have trouble with. These 4 muscles will be our focus in this 2-hour workshop. There’s going to be a combination of self-manual release and I’ll also get you to pair up with someone for one particular application of pressure that is just more accessible with your elbow than with a ball.
I’ll tell you all about trigger points, and more importantly show how to work them – because almost everyone does it wrong (rolling around). You’ll then also take home the RAD roller that comes as part of the workshop so that you can continue the work at home.

You’ll leave the workshop feeling pretty amazing – because it’s basically 2 hours of massage. You’ll likely feel greater freedom in your movement, and you’ll also hopefully feel relief from any rotator cuff issues that have been cropping their heads up over time. Best yet, you’ll also have a set plan of what to do to keep them away!
