Do you have a history of headaches and/or jaw clenching (or even grinding your teeth)? This workshop will set you up with some powerful manual release tools to help yourself get out of those headaches (and also reduce clenching over the long term).
I’ll take you through various trigger point regions of the upper back and neck that are often associated with tension headaches, as well as some intense jaw massage work to help release years of pent-up stress and tension.
You’ll learn all about trigger points, and more importantly show how to work them – because almost everyone does it wrong (rolling around). You’ll then also take home the RAD roller that comes as part of the workshop so that you can continue the work at home.
