How are your hips feeling? Are they always feeling stiff? Do you feel like they could move more smoothly? This workshops will get your hips feeling like butter (melted, specifically).
You will likely be surprised by just how much our hips collectively need this kind of manual release work. It has the potential to be intense – but you’ll control how much sensation you’re in, and also, you’ll experience the results of working with a bit of intensity in very particular ways.
You’ll learn all about trigger points, and more importantly show how to work them – because almost everyone does it wrong (rolling around). You’ll then also take home the RAD roller that comes as part of the workshop so that you can continue the work at home.
