It's important to first understand why I've structured this tutorial in the way I have. And for the work to be meaningful we also have to discuss why it's so important that we work hard for healthy feet. It will make it easier for us to commit to the program if we understand how important our feet are to the rest of our body.

Step 1: Mobility
The first series of video instructions are centred on building mobility in and around the feet first. This is important to do before we progress further, to ensure that the strength work is actually effective.
Lessons
Step 2: Strength
After developing the greater potential for movement, now we need to start actively moving through a full range of motion and in different (perhaps new) ways in order to build the strength and improve the intrinsic support of the foot.
