Anatomy & Physiology of the Shoulder Girdle

The shoulder girdle is one of the areas in our body where we commonly experience pain, discomfort and dysfunction, and so as we really begin peel back the layers of the therapeutic work we’re stepping into, it makes sense to begin somewhere significantly relevant to almost everyone you’ll be working with (both in the realms of manual therapy and movement education).

Please keep in mind that as you go through this, there is a lot of information and you may need to both read and watch these resources repeatedly, as well as seek some clarification – and all that is okay. This resource is yours to come back to whenever, and I will always remain available to you for inquiries!

Unlike the intro to A&P online, which you’ve already taken, we only have an initial schedule for our calls. This environment here is more collaborative and one that gives us an opportunity to work a little closer together, with our special WhatsApp group. You can also, of course, post questions here within each of the lessons themselves.

Without further ado, let’s deep dive into the shoulder girdle.
