An Inside View Into Navina – Big Vision, Big Plan

From even before day one, the most important message we wanted to spread is one of community and human connection. Until recently we’ve been chipping away at this with pure intention and not necessarily a clearly stated vision.

Over the course of the last few years we’ve been incredibly lucky to draw together a tribe of people who not only have our backs but also strongly believe in what we do.
This is such a powerful combination and it has completely changed our lives for the better, to have more people sing this song with us.

One of our dear friends, who we met along this Navina journey, helped us work through some vision exercises – because as we grow and build a greater presence internationally (and locally), we need to have this more clearly defined vision, mission and all the other structural things that will keep us aligned to our plan.

If you’ve ever done a set of vision exercises you’ll know just how creative and powerful they can be! It’s an invaluable process and one that left a big impact on us!

After working through these exercises, a vision statement came to us. It’s one that hits home for us, and encompasses a vast scope of all the things we want to do in this world.

It marries the concepts we teach in Thai yoga therapy with our core values and our future plans. It spans the full spectrum of therapeutic touch modalities and highlights the many ways we can connect with people and bring positive change to their lives.

It was something that Daniela said in our meeting, just as part of a description in one of the exercises we were doing. When she said it we were both kind of hit with this sense of “YES”, that was big and really important.

We both think it’s important to share this with you, because you are our tribe, and you make this possible.

So what is our vision statement?

Touch the world.
