Our intent at Navina® is to lead the world in Thai Massage education. Our contemporary approach brings the best of the Eastern practice, and applies it through the lens of a Western understanding of how the body moves, how and why it experiences pain, and also how to assist the rehabilitation process.
Our focus on developing a broader touch vocabulary, rather than simply teaching postures, makes this practice more than a vocation. In fact, a number of our students come to study the Principal Certification modules for personal development, without necessarily any intent on building a commercial practice. These trainings will change the way you view and use touch! When we understand the deep biological importance of human touch, every instance of physical connection becomes significantly more sacred and more important.
Of course, for those who are looking to develop a professional practice, we not only set you up with a new skill from day 1, we also have a full curriculum suite that allows you to enhance your practice over time, and provide a leading service to your clients.
Whatever your needs or intentions for learning Navina® Thai Yoga Therapy, there is something for everyone. In a touch-deprived society, simply feeling confident and comfortable enough to give compassionate touch to others is a hugely powerful gift.

Coming To Us From Another School?
At Navina™ you will likely be exposed to new ideas and concepts, new ways of practicing and a new view of the body. We recognize that there may be conflicting opinions between schools of thought, however we do ask that you come into our program with an open mind and a willingness to fully experience the Navina® method by setting aside previous teachings where necessary. This doesn’t mean you have to accept what we teach as gospel! Far from it in fact; we encourage you to bring questions and inquisitiveness along with you and we will gladly discuss.
To find the best fit for you in terms of joining the Navina® curriculum, we have the following form that you need to complete. We aim to get back to you within 3 working days, however please be patient with us. Please fill out as much detail as you can so that we have enough information to find the best module program for you to take. Note that there are no equivalent courses to the Navina® curriculum, meaning that there is no direct, standard link into our curriculum, and therefore each bridging application will be considered on an individual basis.
