|Welcome, Introduction & Foundations||Get an overview of the course and then dive right into the Foundational Principles of Thai-inspired manual therapy|
|Posture Essentials||A series of 8 videos where selected restorative poses are set up and then we add in one manual technique in each scenario. The technique delivered is one that can be used on basically everyone that comes to class. We’ll add more later, but these are essential to your toolkit. The poses explore a full sequence from Seated Meditation all the way through to Corpse Pose at the end.|
|Extended Techniques||We know that once you start using the tools in the Module 2 series above you’ll be hooked, so we’ve gone and added a few more really practical and incredible techniques that can be used in each of the poses we have gone through. This means that we can work with different people in different ways based on their needs in class. It creates a really unique experience for all participants who come to your restorative class.
